It is normal for honey to crystalise. Our semi-smooth/creamed honey is honey which has crystalised.We decrystalise it by using a special cold process.This process breaks down 99.99 percent of the crystals.This way it retains its flavour, aroma andbeneficial enzymes indefinitely.
