Honey - New season with honey comb

Our new season honey with a slab of honey comb.

Our honey is cold-extracted and is raw. Heating honey excessively above 45 degrees Celsius permanently destroys its beneficial enzymes.  

It is normal for honey to crystalise. Our semi-smooth/creamed honey is honey which has crystalised. We decrystalise it by using a special cold process.  This process breaks down 99.99 percent of the crystals. This way it retains its flavour, aroma and  beneficial enzymes indefinitely. 

In rare situations, our honey may contain small fragments of bee wax, or pollen. Bee wax is edible. It has a placebo effect on the human body. Pollen is healthy, though it is not recommended to those who may have an allergy.
